Data retention and deletion
Understand retained data and what deletion removes.
How long data is kept
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Run results, logs, and other details | Up to the latest 100 per Handler. Normally at least 5 remain, subject to the 50 MiB limit below |
| Scheduled Runs that have not finished | Excluded from normal history deletion |
| A Handler's latest Run status | Kept after details are deleted. Updated by the next Run; removed with the Handler or account |
| Daily usage and completed Schedule occurrences | 35 days |
| Pending OAuth connection data | 30 minutes |
| Handlers, Triggers, Connections, Secrets, Databases | Until you delete the resource or account |
| Web App sign-in code / session | 60 seconds / 24 hours |
| Web App invitations | Until the share, app, or owner's account is deleted |
The 50 MiB history limit applies across the whole account. It counts the stored results, logs, and other details of Runs eligible for deletion. Scheduled Runs that have not finished are excluded from this total.
You are not guaranteed to keep 100 Runs per Handler. The 50 MiB limit can leave fewer than the usual minimum of 5. Deleting history does not restore time already used.
Delete an account
Use AGI Lab settings. Active Wings data is removed immediately. A deletion record remains for 30 days to stop delayed work from recreating it. The record uses a hash that cannot be reversed to the original user ID.
Infrastructure backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days. You cannot read that backup data through Wings. We do not restore deleted accounts. See current recovery options and limits.
An invitation another owner sent to your email address remains that owner's data. Your sessions end. Retired Web App address labels are never reissued, but their link to the owner is removed.
Save what you need first
There is no feature to export the entire account in one step. Retrieve the Handler code, Run results, and Database data you need through the CLI or other available tools before deleting the account. Uninstalling the CLI or signing out does not delete cloud data.
