Run the Creative Studio picture-book packaging toolchain.

The command forwards arguments to the bundled `picturebook_packager.py` tool. It runs `AGI_COCKPIT_PICTUREBOOK_PYTHON` when set, otherwise the Creative Studio picture-book virtual environment, and falls back to `python3` or `python` from `PATH` when neither interpreter is executable. Use it only for a Creative Studio picture-book task whose instructions provide the required arguments and workspace paths. Packaging is local and does not use `--host`.
