## The command is not found

Run `command -v wings` to see which command your shell uses.
If it is missing, add `~/.agi-tools/bin` to PATH.

The installer stops if another product already uses that command name.
Set `AGI_WINGS_ALLOW_COMMAND_SHADOW=1` only if you want AGI Wings to take precedence.

## Sign-in expired

Run `wings login` to sign in again.
If a Connection's credentials expired, reconnect the external service.

Use `wings logout` to sign out of the CLI.
If Wings cannot revoke the session on the server, it still removes your local credentials.
The command then reports failure and gives a URL for manual revocation.
Follow those instructions to finish signing out.

See [Web App sessions](/en/tools/wings/docs/web-apps) for signing out of Web Apps.

## A Schedule is late or does not run

Use `wings trigger list <handler-id>` to check whether it is enabled and which time zone it uses.
Run `wings usage` to check whether you have reached a limit.

Exact start times are not guaranteed.
[Schedule rules](/en/tools/wings/docs/schedules) explain when an occurrence is skipped.

## A Run failed

`platformFailure.stage: before_start` means the execution environment had not been called.
With `unknown`, `after_start`, or `external_outcome_unknown`, the external result is unknown.
Check the destination before retrying to avoid duplicate actions.
An external API returning 429 or 5xx does not necessarily trigger an automatic retry.

## A public host is blocked

`No connection configured for hostname: ...` means the destination has no matching bound Connection.
Every external request needs one, including public pages, RSS, and APIs.
Run `wings connection add <name> --host <hostname> --auth none` for a host without authentication.
Bind it with `--connection <code-name>=<name>` when running a file or deploying the Handler.
Updates with `--connection` replace the entire binding set, so include the existing bindings too.
See [Connections](/en/tools/wings/docs/connections).

## SQL or sharing was refused

For `db_sql_forbidden`, follow the returned `reason` and suggestion to revise your SQL.
For `db_time_quota_exceeded`, wait for the indicated time before trying again.

`sharing_unavailable` means the account cannot add people to shared apps.
Repeated attempts will not resolve it.

See [Error codes](/en/tools/wings/docs/error-codes) for other actions you can take.
If you still need help, [contact support](/en/tools/wings/docs/support).
