The infrastructure behind AGI Wings may retain backup data for up to 30 days.
That retention period does not mean you can restore your data whenever you choose.

## If you need recovery

Individual restores to an earlier point in time are currently suspended.
[Contact support](/en/tools/wings/docs/support) if you need help recovering data.

We do not restore deleted accounts.
However, deletion records cannot guarantee that a restore will keep deleted data from returning.
Individual restores remain suspended until this problem is resolved.
Any exception requires a case-by-case decision by the operator after reviewing that risk.

We do not guarantee recovery of one user's data to an arbitrary time, recovery of deleted credentials, or recovery without data loss.
Temporary file input is not stored and cannot be recovered.

A restore cannot undo messages, payments, or other actions in external services.
Keep your own copies of Handler code and external-service credentials.

## If the service is unavailable

There is no SLA guaranteeing uptime or recovery time, and no dedicated status page.
Incidents are announced on the [AGI Wings product page](/en/tools/wings).
When contacting support, include the time and steps to reproduce the problem without private data.

A Schedule may start late.
Not every missed occurrence runs later.
See [Schedule retries and skipped occurrences](/en/tools/wings/docs/schedules).
