Usage: `cockpit gen-video --prompt <text> --out <path.mp4> [options]`

Generate a short MP4 and save it to `--out`. When `--provider` is omitted, uses `grok-build` with `grok-imagine-video`; `grok-build` is currently the only supported video provider. With `--image`, it animates an existing first frame; without `--image`, it generates a first frame from the prompt and then animates it.

Each invocation runs Grok with only `image_gen` and `image_to_video` exposed, uses an isolated session, and stops after 15 minutes. Recursive `cockpit gen-video` calls from the provider are rejected immediately. On timeout, cancellation, or failure, the provider process tree is terminated. Generated output is collected only from that invocation's session.

Options:

- `--prompt <text>` — scene and motion description (or use `--stdin`)
- `--out <path>` — output MP4 path (required)
- `--image <path>` — first-frame image to animate (optional)
- `--duration <sec>` — clip length: `6` or `10` (default `6`)
- `--size <WxH>` — first-frame size when generating it (default `1024x1024`)
- `--model <name>` — Grok driver model (optional)
- `--stdin` — read the prompt from stdin
- `--json` — JSON output

After generating, open the saved file in the side panel when the user needs to inspect it: `cockpit side-panel file clip.mp4 --mode preview --json`. For still images, see `cockpit gen-image help`.
