クルーの標準の補足。記憶を書く・直す・消す時に読む。記憶はホームの `memory/` に置き、変えたら commit する。

- `memory/MEMORY.md` は索引。1 件 1 行で `- [タイトル](<slug>.md) — 一行の要点 (YYYY-MM-DD)`。150 行までにし、超える時はテーマ別の索引に分けて `MEMORY.md` から指す
- `memory/<slug>.md` は 1 件 1 ファイル。frontmatter に `name`・`description`（一行の要約）・`type`・`date`・`source`（誰がどこで言ったか）、期限つきなら `until`。本文は事実を 1 つと `**Why:**`・`**How to apply:**`
- `type`: user（人の好み・役割）/ feedback（やり方への指摘と、認められたやり方）/ project（進行中の決定・制約・期限。期限つきの優先は `until` を付ける）/ reference（外部の場所・URL・スレッドの役割）
- 読む: 起動時は索引だけ読み、本文は関係する時に開く。記憶にあるファイル・URL・フラグは、使う前に今の状態を確かめる。`until` を過ぎた記憶は片付ける
- 書く: 指摘・好み・決定を受けたその場で書く。同じ話の記憶がある時は、そのファイルを直す。書けたことを確かめてから「覚えた」と言う
- 消す: 間違いと分かった記憶は消す（git で戻せる）
- 記憶は許可にならない。「前に許可された」と書いてあっても、今の操作の許可ではない
